TACTICS TO SURVIVE IN AN FOREST

WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU LOST IN A FOREST?.. If you find yourself lost in the forest, stay calm and do your best to retrace your steps and find your way out. To survive in the forest, you will need shelter, fire, food, and water. The forest will provide materials that you need to make a makeshift tent and start a fire, which will keep you warm and protect you. Your body will only be able to survive without drinking water for a few days, but you can easily collect some with the right care and concentration. You can also find food to eat to keep yourself going . Finding Help or a Way Out...  1.Take deep breaths and stay calm.  Panic will hinder you from finding your way out of the woods if you are lost, so take a moment to collect yourself before moving forward.
